International shipping is available to most countries. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We cannot ship to countries that are currently experiencing political or economic instability.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Orders are delivered Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm and a signature is required for delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, it will be left at a nearby delivery location.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Here are some things you can do to help us track down your missing item:
- Check your tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Check your delivery address. Make sure that the address you provided is correct.
- Check for any notification from the carrier. The carrier may have left you a notification card if they were unable to deliver your package.
- Check with anyone who may have received your package on your behalf.
- If you have done all of these things and you are still unable to locate your package, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
Here are some things to keep in mind when filing a lost or damaged item claim:
- You must file your claim within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- You may be required to provide additional information, such as photos of the damaged item.
- We will do our best to resolve your claim as quickly as possible. If your claim is approved, we will either issue you a refund or send you a replacement item.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that are not signed for upon delivery. If you choose to have your order shipped without a signature, you are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. We recommend that you always have your orders shipped with a signature required.
